Lani looks forward to helping expand youth career pathways in rural communities and is excited to continue that work with 1Berkshire through the ERC Fellowship.
Lani is a first-generation Vietnamese American who planted roots in the Berkshires over a decade ago as a QuestBridge Scholar at Williams College. She is the founder of Ethos Admissions and Ethos Pathways, two organizations dedicated to expanding educational and career opportunities for young people. Inspired by her experience as a Fulbright Scholar in rural Slovakia, Lani now leads youth-focused workforce development programs that support students in rural and economically distressed regions. She is excited to continue this work as an ERC Fellow with 1Berkshire.
