A lifelong entrepreneur and global consultant, Una Wirkebau is committed to creating synergies that help communities thrive. As an ERC Fellow in SERDA, she focuses on developing housing and entrepreneurial support systems to expand access to living-wage jobs across southeastern Utah and neighboring tribal nations. Drawing from decades of experience supporting business growth in rural and remote regions, Una’s work centers on building sustainable strategies that strengthen local economies and ensure long-term community success.
Una joined the ERC Fellowship later than most of her peers but is focused on developing housing and entrepreneurial support systems to ensure the southeastern region of Utah and neighboring counties and tribal nations have access to shelter and living-wage jobs.
