Once she saw the opportunity to help business owners stay, sustain, and thrive through the Economic Recovery Corps, Alli knew she had to raise her hand. She is passionate about supporting small businesses and their families so they can sustain, grow, and prosper.

Alli Bernstein Paillant is passionate about equitable economic opportunity creation and small business job creation. She is a community builder, operator, and strategic partnership collaborator who has spent the last 10+ years across the technology sector, startups, and nonprofits consistently delivering value by meeting her clients and communities where they are. Alli excels at building multi-threaded relationships while maintaining an unwavering focus on the clients, communities, their families, and their businesses. She is especially skilled at translating complex solutions and ideas into actionable steps that drive measurable impact.

As an ERC Fellow, Alli hopes to help sustain the incredible work of the Fellowship and build out programs that can thrive within the communities, organizations, and partnerships long after her fellowship term. She is particularly excited to roll up her sleeves and scale the programs of The Center by Lendistry, creating options and opportunities that support the entrepreneurs and business owners they serve.
