Osa is excited to be in a radically new environment, and he hopes to develop a portfolio of strategies and tools ready to be implemented and intended to revitalize the Greater Rochester Area, while empowering locals to maintain and evolve their customs and traditions in response to potential impacts due to changing climates (environmental, industrial and demographic).

Osa is a native of New Orleans seeking growth and connection to humanity in professional spaces.

He wields a plethora of professional and personal experiences that has allowed him comfort in constant change, uncertainty and dynamic environments, to see futures in spaces and places that have been forgotten.

As a technology enthusiast, he is passionate about developing systems to address problems in organizations and other people-based social systems. Osa is adamant about creating environments were cultures are enabled and empowered to preserve and evolve with change to sustain positive impact and seeks to help empower Greater Rochester.

Advancing Rochester Business Resource Partnerships for Small Business Success

Advancing Rochester Business Resource Partnerships for Small Business Success project aims to strengthen entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs) in the Finger Lakes Region, particularly in the City of Rochester. A sponsored program of the Rochester Economic Development Corporation (REDCO) powered by Third Eye Network, the ROC Business Resource Partnership aims to become a regional association for ESOs functioning similarly to a professional membership, training, and advocacy organization. With an ERC Fellow dedicated to this highly collaborative initiative, this will set the stage for producing greater impact supporting Rochester diverse small business community. The fellow will serve as an ecosystem builder among entrepreneurial support organizations – cultivating multi-stakeholder engagement and collaboration, facilitating knowledge sharing, and developing pathways for small business development.
